Overview & Description:

The Roaming Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of IREG/TADIG engineers to monitor, maintain, and optimize roaming services, including Voice, Data, SMS, VAS, and Orange Money. The role ensures high service quality for roaming customers, coordinates technical activities across internal teams, supports marketing-related roaming initiatives, and oversees performance reporting and governance related to roaming operations.

Responsibilities:

More specifically the role will include:

  •  Supervising IREG and TADIG Testing and validation along with Roaming Center and Orange Liberia Roaming Team.
  • Ensure roaming configurations as per the plan by Core, IN, VAS and MIS teams.
  • Drive the team to work closely with ROC & Roaming partners for testing validation and opening of new roaming services.
  • Addressing marketing requests as per the demand. • Ensure monitoring of roaming frauds and alert/escalations wherever necessary.
  • Ensure all the TAP files and NRTRDE files are collected by MIS and FRA for processing.
  • Assisting marketing and Legal teams to complete the IRA process wherever necessary.
  • Protection of test SIM cards, storing test data, updating Roaming files such as IR21, IR35 appropriately.
  • Ensure completion of CLL and advise the respective departments to open the roaming of RPs after successful testing and validation.
  • Co-ordinating with clearing houses like Nextgen for smooth reconciliation

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in telecommunication, Core Network, VAS.

Experience:

  • Roaming Service QOS Management.
  •  Service Level Assurance to customers.
  • Adherence to the business targets of RPs openings.
