Overview & Description:

Our client is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Media & Communications professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will produce visual content, edit mobile video, and write compelling copy for both internal and external communications for both companies. If you are passionate about storytelling, thrive on innovation, and love seeing ideas come to life, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design

Create visually engaging materials for newsletters, social media, posters, and banners. And presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or any graphic software, Canva).

2. Video Production

Shoot, edit, and produce short‑form video content on mobile devices; manage post‑production (color correction, sound design, subtitles, voiceover, etc.).

3. Copywriting

Write clear, persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and internal communications; proofread and edit all content for brand consistency

4. Content Creation

Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team; ensure timely delivery of all assets.

5. Brand Management

Maintain brand guidelines across all channels; monitor brand perception and audience engagement.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with teachers, department heads, and external vendors to gather information and translate ideas into finished media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in media/communications or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in media, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing graphic design, mobile video editing, and copywriting work.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and mobile video editing apps (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut, InShot).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative storytelling.
