Overview & Description:

TALWA Group is seeking a capable and commercially minded HR Services & Academy Lead to provide leadership for Talwa HR Solutions' HR service delivery and Talwa Academy's professional training programmes.

The position brings together two closely related business areas: workforce/HR services and professional development/training.

The successful candidate will ensure high-quality delivery to existing HR clients while helping grow HR services, and will coordinate the planning, marketing support, enrollment and delivery of Talwa Academy programmes.

This is not purely an HR administrative or training-coordination role. The successful candidate must combine technical competence, client service, programme management and commercial awareness.

Consideration will be given to qualified graduates of Talwa Academy HR Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of HR services to clients.
  • Manage and monitor HR outsourcing and retainer-client deliverables.
  • Coordinate HR support personnel assigned to client work.
  • Manage recruitment assignments and related client services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and service standards.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of agreed client outputs.
  • Develop and improve standardized HR service packages.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
  • Support preparation of HR proposals, presentations, and client solutions.
  • Work with Business Development & Marketing to acquire new HR clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address service-delivery issues.

·         Maintain appropriate client-service records and reports.

Key Responsibilities – Talwa Academy

  • Coordinate the Academy's training and programme calendar.
  • Plan and coordinate certificate programmes, masterclasses and other training activities.
  • Coordinate lecturers, trainers and facilitators.
  • Manage registration, enrollment and programme administration.
  • Monitor student attendance, assessments, completion and records.
  • Work with Business Development & Marketing to drive enrollment.
  • Identify and develop corporate and institutional training opportunities.
  • Support development and improvement of training programmes.
  • Coordinate delivery of corporate training engagements.
  • Monitor programme quality and participant experience.
  • Work with Finance to monitor programme revenue, direct costs and financial performance.
  • Ensure programmes are launched and delivered according to schedule and required standards.

Business Growth Responsibilities

Working with the Business Development & Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will contribute to:

  • Acquiring new HR clients;
  • Expanding HR retainer and outsourcing services;
  • Increasing Academy enrollment;
  • Securing corporate and institutional training engagements;
  • Cross-selling HR and training services; and
  • Developing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Education/Training or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Practical HR experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in training, learning and development, programme coordination or client-service management is an advantage.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating staff, consultants, trainers or service-delivery teams is desirable.
