Company Overview:

Talwa HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for the below position. Our client is a licensed financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Liberia with operations spanning over 20 countries worldwide, including but not limited to Nigeria, Canada, and Sierra Leone.

Overview & Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities, managing agent networks, and increasing market penetration for financial services. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with experience in fintech, banking, or telecommunication.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of remittance, payment, and foreign exchange services.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, agents, and business partners.
  • Develop sales strategies for remittance, foreign exchange, and digital payment services.
  • Build and manage a nationwide network of agents and partners. o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to agents for improved service delivery.

2. Agent & Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong agent network for service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to ensure compliance and high performance.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention: 

  • Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.

4. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track sales performance and market trends to optimize business strategies.

Provide reports and recommendations based on market insights.

5. Compliance & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure agents and partners adhere to regulatory and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or distribution within fintech, banking, or telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry in Liberia.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
