Overview & Description:
The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all supervisors, ensuring effective team management, and driving performance improvements. The role involves overseeing team performance, providing coaching and training, contributing to the development of sales strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. • Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in team management, performance tracking, and sales strategy development.
- Experience in training and coaching sales teams, with a strong focus on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Familiarity with HRIS and performance appraisal systems.
