Overview & Description:

The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all supervisors, ensuring effective team management, and driving performance improvements. The role involves overseeing team performance, providing coaching and training, contributing to the development of sales strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Assign tasks and coordinate the activities of all supervisors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to the Manager.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and implement promotional activities.
  • Hiring: Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
  • Meetings & Documentation: Organize weekly meetings, share minutes, and ensure clear communication of expectations.
  • Outsource Agent Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of outsourced agents every 3 months to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Daily Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of all supervisors, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Customer Service Training: Roll out customer service training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • HRIS Approval: Approve all goods, annual leave, and other requests in the HRIS system.
  • Performance Appraisal: Conduct performance appraisals for team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Reporting: Send weekly and monthly reports on the performance of all supervisors to the Manager.
  • Requirements:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. • Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Proven experience in team management, performance tracking, and sales strategy development.
    • Experience in training and coaching sales teams, with a strong focus on sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and performance appraisal systems.
