Overview & Description:
TALWA Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates to join us as Marketing Trainees under our Graduate Trainee Program. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience working across various subsidiaries of the Group, including our ice cream and fast food, sanitation, and HR services companies. This program offers an excellent opportunity to develop marketing skills, gain industry knowledge, and contribute to real-world projects while receiving guidance from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different subsidiaries.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the business development/partnership teams to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events, product launches, and community outreach activities.
- Provide insights and reports on marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Be between the ages 18- 30 years old
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Recent graduate of not more than 2 years since graduation
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
