Overview & Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sanitation Field Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating sanitation teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental standards. The ideal candidate must be professional with a strong understanding of
waste management, strong leadership skills, experience in management, and the ability to enforce safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate sanitation field staff.
- Ensure compliance with waste management and environmental policies.
- Conduct site inspections and address any sanitation issues.
- Train and guide team members on safety and operational procedures.
- Report incidents and recommend improvements in sanitation processes.
- Ensure compliance with clients & address all clients issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science; additional certification in waste management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sanitation or waste management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in challenging conditions.
