Company Overview:

Talwa HR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for the below position. Our client is a licensed financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Liberia with operations spanning over 20 countries worldwide, including but not limited to Nigeria, Canada, and Sierra Leone.

Overview & Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions and ensuring accurate processing of cash deposits, withdrawals, foreign exchange transactions, and remittances. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and adherence to financial compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Handling:

  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges.
  • Ensure proper documentation and verification of transactions.

2. Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with inquiries about financial services and transaction processes.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal controls to prevent fraud.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports.

2. Cash Management:

  • Ensure accurate counting, balancing, and reconciliation of cash transactions. o Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the appropriate authority.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper records and prepare reports for management.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or customer service roles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions.
