  • Improve operating processes and support development and implementation of SOPs.
  • Strengthen accountability and reporting across teams.
  • Coordinate cross-business activities and shared operational priorities.
  • Monitor service-delivery standards and significant customer-service issues.
  • Work closely with Finance on budgets, operating costs and expenditure control.
  • Work with Business Development & Marketing to ensure operational readiness for new customers, contracts and initiatives.
  • Analyze operational information and recommend performance improvements.
  • Escalate significant performance, operational or implementation risks to management.
  • Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports for Group leadership.
  • Support business teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including supervisory, operational, or project-management responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating teams, projects or business operations.
  • Experience working across multiple projects, departments or business units is an advantage.

  • Firm but professional;
  • analytical and solution-oriented;
  • calm under pressure;
  • Able to prioritize competing demands;

  • Functioning weekly performance reviews and scorecards;
  • Improved completion of agreed management actions;
  • Better coordination between teams and businesses;
  • Measurable resolution of key operational bottlenecks;
  • Improved management reporting; and

The Candidate We Want

We are not looking simply for someone who can prepare reports or attend meetings.

We want someone who naturally asks:

  • What needs to be done?
  • Who owns it?
  • By when?
  • What is preventing delivery?
  • And what needs to happen next?
